Real numbers. Before the call.

What actually changes the price?

Template count.

A store with five templates costs less than one with fourteen. Collection and product template variants are the usual driver.

Custom feature complexity.

A product configurator with conditional logic is a different project from a standard variant picker.

Catalogue size and data structure.

Twenty products with clean data is not the same as two thousand products with inconsistent metafields.

Content readiness.

If photography, copy and product data are ready, the build is faster. If we are waiting on assets, the timeline and the cost both grow.

Pricing FAQ

Money questions, answered plainly.

How much does a Shopify store redesign cost?

With us, redesigns start at [CONFIRM] and typically land between [CONFIRM]. Across the market, agency Shopify redesigns generally run from a few thousand for a light theme customisation to well into five figures for a full custom build with bespoke development. The spread is driven by template count, custom feature work and catalogue complexity rather than by page count. Service detail lives on Shopify store redesign.

Why do you publish prices when most agencies do not?

Because a discovery call that ends in a budget mismatch wastes both of us an hour. If our ranges do not fit, you find out now.

Do you charge hourly?

No. Every project is a fixed fee against a fixed scope with a fixed date. Scope changes are quoted as a separate fixed addition before any work happens, so there are no surprise invoices.

What is your payment schedule?

[CONFIRM. Typical structure: 50% to start then 50% on launch. Or thirds across kickoff, design approval and launch.]

Do you offer payment plans?

[CONFIRM]

Is there an ongoing retainer?

Only if you want one. Post launch support is available as a monthly retainer for changes, new sections and seasonal campaigns, but it is never a condition of the build. [CONFIRM retainer pricing]

What is not included?

Photography, videography, long form copywriting, product data entry, paid media management and Shopify's own subscription and app fees. We will tell you which of these you need and can recommend people for them.

Can we start small?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with an audit or a single landing page before committing to a full redesign. That is often the smarter sequence.
